Jean Lorna MURRAY

HOWARD, Jean Lorna (nee Murray). 1927-2009. Surrounded by her loving family, passed away peacefully on January 12, 2009 at Anna Laberge Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of the late Leo Ernest Howard. Survived by sisters Iris and Audrey. Loving mother of Elaine (the late Bernard Fisher), Janice (Brian Anderson), Susan (Jim Allen) and Lori. Will be sadly missed by grandchildren, April (Jim), John (Barbara), Glenn (Tiffany), Joey, Victoria, Joshua, Amanda, Tyler and Zachary. Loving GG to Eryn, Sean, Sierra and Jake. The last of a generation, her wisdom, inspiration and family values will continue to live on. The family will welcome visitors at Alexandre Nicole, Chateauguay Funeral Complex 96 St. Jean Baptiste Blvd., Chateauguay on Thursday, January 15 from 7 to 9 p.m. Service to be held in the chapel on Friday, January 16 at 1 p.m. Friday visitation from 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Anna Laberge Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
