BELL, George “John“ - In loving memory of George “John“ Bell, 61 years, who passed away Tuesday, January 6th, 2009 at his home. Predeceased by his parents George and Agnes Bell. Lovingly and always remembered by his daughter Catherine, his “baby girl“, and his cat Moonshine who was his little buddy. Survived by children Sean and Crystal, sister Anne McNeill of Newport Beach, California, nieces and nephews Kathy, Barbara, Gordon, Mike and Kerry, special friends the Hutt family and godchild Kim. Born in Belfast, Ireland, he came to Canada as a child. He worked at Greyhound as a dispatcher, the Rainbow Centre as security and then for many years at Vale INCO as a Plant Protection officer. John was an avid reader. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, playing cards, Yahtzee, watching his favourite T.V. shows, Coronation Street and World Poker Tour, and in his younger days he coached softball. Memorial Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Saturday, January 10th, 2009 at 1 p.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Diabetic Association would be appreciated. (Friends may call 6 - 9 p.m. Friday or after 12 noon Saturday).
