DROLET, Cécile (née Gauthier) - The family announces with sorrow her death in Sudbury, Sunday, January 11th, 2009 at the age of 88 years. Wife of the late Roméo Drolet. Daughter of the late Joseph and of the late Aurore (née Provost) Gauthier. Loving mother of Marcel Drolet (Rejeanne) of Sudbury, André Drolet (Gaëtanne) of North Bay, Rachel Généreux (Gaëtan) of Lac Labiche, Alberta, Suzanne Bodson (Denis) of Hanmer and Daniel Drolet (Denise) of Carlton Place. Dear sister of Roger Gauthier (Céline) of Laval, Québec. Predeceased by her brothers Paul (late Alexandrine), Rolland and by her sister Rollande Leblanc (late Émile). She is survived by her 2 sisters-in-law Lilliane (Alfred) Morin of Sudbury and Fernande Gauthier (late Laurent) of Brantford. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Monique, Gaëtan Jr, Diane, Roger, Michel, Lynda, Julie, Carl, Shawn and by her 17 great- grandchildren. The family expresses their appreciation to the staff of Pioneer Manor for their kind and compassionate care given to Cécile. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E, Sudbury, Wednesday from 2-5 & 7-9:30p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 15th, 2009 at 10:30a.m. at St-Jean-de-Brébeuf Church, Sudbury.
