HESS, Helen At the Carlingview Manor, Ottawa, on Thursday, January 15, 2009, Helen Hess (nee Loucks), formerly of Williamsburg, age 85. Loving wife of Dwain Hess. Dear sister of Donald (Mabel) Loucks of Ottawa, Shirley (Frank) Smith of Bramalea and Jean Warner of Kanata. Dear mother-in-law of Richard Brown of Ottawa. Helen will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Shelley, Shannon and Jocelyn and 7 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughters Janice and Shirley and a sister Marjorie McIntosh. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, January 19th at 11 a.m. Interment Maple Ridge Cemetery, Chesterville.
