Terry Dale HORN

HORN, Terry Dale Terry Dale Horn passed to his rest on Friday, January 23, 2009 at the age of 64 years. He is survived by his loving wife Ann; two granddaughters Alisha, Brianna and special friend Danielle, his mother Ellen Louise Hamelin, three brothers, one sister; three stepbrothers and two stepsisters. He was predeceased by one daughter Sherry; his father Clifford; two half-brothers, Bobby and Bernie; one half-sister Alpha. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Friday, January 30, 2009 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 627 - 6 Street East, Drumheller, AB at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association, 204, 2323 - 32 Avenue N.E., Calgary, AB, T2E 6Z3.
