MELNYK, Julian “Joe“ - Passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 21, 2009 at South Muskoka Memorial Hospital in Bracebridge in his 88th year. Joe beloved husband of the late Dorothy. Dear father of Rob and his wife Joanne Melnyk, Jim and his wife Melanie VanHorne and Donia Melnyk and her husband Jim Foster. Cherished grandfather of Mark (Jen), Michael, Christopher (Ashleigh) and Linde (Steve) and great grandfather of Olivia, Emma, Nick and Will. Loving brother of Peter, Carl and Sally. Predeceased by sisters Mary and Anne, brothers Michael and John and parents Theodore and Tekla Melnyk. At Joe's request, no formal funeral service is to be held.
