Emil SORENSEN

SORENSEN, Emil 2009-02-11 It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Emil on Monday, February 9, 2009 at St. Joseph‘s Hospital, Thunder Bay, Ontario at the age of 80 years. Emil was born on April 21, 1928 in Denmark and moved to Thunder Bay in 1952. He married Birthe Nymann (Hansen) who predeceased him in 2004. He leaves behind to mourn is passing brothers, Paul Erik and Gerhard, both in Denmark, stepson, Leon Nymann, daughter-in-law Shirley Chabot, grandchildren, Terra-Dawn Nymann and Candice Holden and 3 great grandchildren. In keeping with Emil‘s wishes cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place in Sunset Memorial Gardens at a later date.
