Mr. Uger Paul Bercegeay passed away at his home on Wednesday, June 22, 2005 at 12:56 P.M. Beloved husband of Joan Tassin Bercegeay for fifty-seven years. Father of Michael P. Bercegeay (and wife, Debbie) of Murfreesboro, TN and Paula Bercegeay Dauzat (and husband, Steve) of Pollock, LA. Son of the late Euclide Bercegeay and Leona Decoteau Bercegeay. Brother of Violet B. Parent of St. Amant, LA and the late Lionel and Welman Bercegeay. Grandfather of Brett and Charlie Bercegeay, Christina Artigue, Sherie and Kenneth Miller. Great-grandfather of Scott Artigue, Jr. and Jayce Pippen. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass from THARP-SONTHEIMER-THARP FUNERAL HOME, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. at 43rd St., Metairie, on Monday, June 27, 2005 at 12:00 P.M. Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation on Monday from 9:00 A.M. until funeral time.
