Jeanne O. Blanchard, age 88, born October 4, 1916, died Thursday, January 27, 2005. A native and resident of Napoleonville, LA. Survived by: 3 sisters, Eda ""Peadie'' Melancon, Odette Blanchard and Denise Blanchard; 4 nieces and 3 nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Charles J. Blanchard and Ida Marquette Blanchard; 3 brothers, Charles M. Blanchard, Alfred ''Stige'' J. Blanchard and John M. Blanchard; 1 sister, Camille Blanchard; Godchild and nephew, George ''Tommy'' Melancon. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at St. Anne Catholic Church in Napoleonville, LA on Monday, January 31, 2005 from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11:00 A.M. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church, P.O. Drawer 99, Napoleonville, LA 70390.
