Katie Blanchard Dominique, on Monday, January 10, 2005, at Ochsner Foundation Hospital. Age 75 years. Beloved wife of Walter J. Dominique, Sr. Daughter of the late Sadie McKinney Blanchard and the late Sebastian Blanchard. Mother of Clarence C. Lewis, Wanda Ferg, John E. Lewis, Walter J. Lewis, Jr. and Frances Edler. Sister of Elmer Blanchard and the late Charles, Thomas, Howard, Harold, Clarence and John Blanchard, Madeline Bowers and Frances Bise. Also survived by 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. A native of Slidell, La. and a resident of Bridge City, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday, January 15, 2005, at 11:00 AM at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, La. Interment will follow services in Oak Grove Cemetery, Slidell, La. Visitation on Friday, January 14, 2005, 6:00-10:00 PM and on Saturday, 9:00-11:00 AM.
