ST. MARTINVILLE -- Services for Mrs. Ulysse "T-Beb" Hebert, the former Marthasie Boutte, 96, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church with the Rev. Austin Leger officiationg. Interment will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coteau Holmes.Visiting hours will be observed today from 10 a.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Evangeline Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Tuesday at 8 a.m. until the time of service.A native of St. Martin Parish and a resident of St. Martinville, Mrs. Hebert died at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2005, at her daughter's residence in New Iberia.Mrs. Hebert was a member of St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church in St. Martinville.She is survived by her two sons, Louis Hebert and wife Frances of Broussard and Abel Hebert of St. Martinville; four daughters, Cecile T. Thibodeaux, Jean Ellen H. Pritchard and husband Harold all of Loreauville, Vernice H. Bonin and husband Paul of St. Martinville, and Lois H. Nassans of Lafayette; a brother, Tony Boutte of Portage; two sisters, Ibabelle B. Cavalier of Baytown, Texas and Ammaline B. Domingue of Charenton; 35 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren and 44 great-great grandchildren.Mrs. Hebert was preceded in death by her husband, Ulysse "T-Beb" Hebert; a daughter, Evelyn H. LaCoste; a son, Clyn Hebert; parents, Louis and Noemi Bonin Boutte; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Alcibade and Joseph Boutte; and two sisters, Alzire Smith and Sophie Bonin.Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great-grandsons.Evangeline Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of the arrangements.
