Alfred Pierre CHAMPAGNE

Alfred Pierre Champagne died Monday March 14, 2005 he was 69 years old. Beloved husband of Betty Matherne Champagne. Father of Alfred Anthony Champagne, Denise C. (Wayne) Guedry, Debra C. (Dennis) Rankin and Melanie M. Champagne. Pepere' of Brad Champagne, Cody Champagne, Cory Guedry, Ryan Guedry, Dennis Rankin, Jr. and Danielle Rankin. Brother of Nathan Champagne and Wayne Champagne and the late Myrthee Vicknair Champagne. Alfred was a retired Educator of the St. Charles Parish School System after 37 years of service. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council 2409 and a Parishioner of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Luling. He was a former member of the board of directors for the German Coast Federal Credit Union and former member of the United Way Toy Gift Fund. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday March 17, 2005 at 12:00 Noon at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Luling, LA. Visitation is Thursday from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. at the church. Entombment is in St. Charles Mausoleum in Luling. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred. H.C. ALEXANDER FUNERAL HOME of Norco in charge of arrangements.
