Beulah Marie CHAMPAGNE

ST. MARTINVILLE -- Services for Mrs. Joseph T. Guidry, the former Beulah Marie Champagne, 82, will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church with the Rev. Austin Leger officiating. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery.Visiting hours will be observed today from 2 p.m. until 10 p.m. with a rosary being recited at 7 p.m. at Evangeline Funeral Home. Visitation will resume Thursday at 8 a.m. until the time of service.A native and resident of St. Martinville, Mrs. Guidry died at 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.She is survived by her husband, Joseph T. Guidry of St. Martinville; a daughter, Linda G. Henry and husband Randall of New Iberia; two sons, George Guidry and wife Loretta of New Iberia and Roy Guidry and wife Glenda of St. Martinville; 16 grandchildren, Jason Champagne, Sandy Romero, Eugene Jr., Joshua and Melinda Champagne, Tracy Romero, Laci Henry, Natalie Broussard, Tammy Doucet, Bart Doucet, Trudy Trahan, Becky Darby, Casey Guidry, Carlos Delcambre, Nicole Latiolais, Brad and Matthew Maraist; seven great-grandchildren, Trevor, Ashlyn and Dylan Champagne, Brian, Michael and Dustin Roseberry and Gabriella Broussard and a sister, Marie Eunice Champagne of New Iberia.Mrs. Guidry was preceded in death by her daughter, Lillian G. Maraist; parents, Julien and Elise Menard Champagne; a sister, Theresa Champagne; and three brothers, Wilfred, Freddie and Ovide Champagne.Pallbearers will be George Guidry, Roy Guidry, Bart Doucet, Johnny Dauphine, Eugene Champagne Jr. and Brad Maraist.Evangeline Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of the arrangements.
