Peggy Irene CLAYTON

Peggy Irene LeGrand, 45, Port Charlotte, died Oct. 11, 2005, at Hospice House in Port Charlotte.She was born Nov. 12, 1959, in Tampa and came to Port Charlotte 38 years ago from there. She was a troubleshooter for a telephone company and attended Eastside Baptist Church.Survivors include sons Joshua and William M., both of Punta Gorda; daughters Sarah, Ashley and Cynthia, all of Port Charlotte; brothers John Clayton of Tampa and Daniel Sheidler of Panama City; sisters Vera Clayton and Brenda Carson, both of Sikeston, Mo., Linda Clayton of Pinconning, Mich., and Sharon Clayton of Englewood; and four grandchildren.Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First Alliance Church, 20444 Midway Blvd., Port Charlotte. Burial will follow at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens, Punta Gorda. Paul Schelm Funeral Home, Port Charlotte, is in charge.
