Olive COUTURE

NORTH PORT, FL - Olive (Couture) LaMothe, 79, of North Port, FL formerly of Ludlow and Indian Orchard passed away June 7, 2005 in North Port. Born in Ludlow, she was the daughter of the late Homer and Maryann (Casey) Couture. She was educated in local schools and resided in Ludlow and Indian Orchard for most of her life before moving to North Port with her late husband in 1986. Olive was a longtime employee of the Nixon Co., and was a member and past president of the American Legion Post #277 both of Indian Orchard. Olive was predeceased by her husband Raymond J. LaMothe in 1992. She is survived by (2) daughters; Marsha Brunelle and her husband Roger of Middleboro; Tammy Popec and her husband Leon of Springfield a son; Robert LaMothe and his wife Kathleen of Port Charlotte, FL; (5) grandchildren; Roger Brunelle, Jr., Robert & Stephanie LaMothe; Kyle & Tyler Popec ; a great grandson, Brent Hastings; brother-in-law, Ralph LaMothe and his wife Arlene and her companion Emile Languirand of FL; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be in Florida. A graveside service will be held in St. Aloysius Cemetery, Indian Orchard on Saturday June 18, 2005 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of one's choice. www.ratellfunerals.com.
