Gail COUTURIER

LOWELL -- Gail (Couturier) Ferreira, 46, of Lowell, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, Dec. 7, at Lowell General Hospital.She was born in Lowell, June 5, 1959, daughter of Rita (Archambault) Couturier of Farmington, N.H. and the late Paul Couturier. She attended local schools and Lowell High School.She lived most of her life in the Back Central neighborhood of the city.She enjoyed dancing, going shopping, and having fun with friends.Besides her mother, she is survived by her fiancé, Paul Elliott, with whom she resided, of Lowell; two sons, Mark Carpenter of Farmington, N.H. and Anthony Diffancico of Burlington; a sister, Susan Carpenter of Old Orchard Beach, Maine; a sister-in-law, Kathy Donovan of Lowell; a niece, Melissa Couturier of Lowell; and a nephew, David Couturier of Lowell.She was also the sister of the late Roger, David and Kenneth Couturier.
