Raymond A. DALLAIRE

STUART, Fla. -- Raymond A. Dallaire, 80, of Stuart passed away Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, at Salerno Bay Nursing & Rehabilitation Center located in Port Salerno. Born and raised in Madison, Maine, Mr. Dallaire had resided in Jupiter for more than 30 years, moving from Middletown, Conn.He retired after more than 30 years as a teacher in the Middletown area. He received his master's degree in education from the University of New Hampshire.Mr. Dallaire was a World War II Naval veteran.He attended St. Christopher Catholic Church in Hobe Sound, and was a member of VFW Post 10132 in Hobe Sound and was an avid gardener. He was the son of the late Aderville Dallaire and Anna LeBlanc Dallaire. Surviving are his companion, Kathleen Harrison of Hobe Sound and two nieces.In lieu of other remembrances, donations can be made to the VFW Post 10132, Hobe Sound, FL 33475.Services will be held at a later date in Madison.Arrangements are under the direction of Martin Funeral Home & Crematory in Stuart.
