Madeline Despaux Serpas, age 88 years, died on Friday, June 10, 2005 at 1:15 PM. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Huey Serpas, Sr. Loving mother of Joseph Serpas, Jr. and Gaynel Serpas Joachim. Daughter of the late Christine Munster Despaux and Louis Despaux, Sr. Sister of the late Florence Ford, Louise Ferand, Louis Despaux, Jr. and Julian Despaux. Mrs. Serpas is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great grandchildren; and an host of nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue Street, Chalmette, LA on Monday, June 13, 2005 at 1:00 PM.
