Constance B. DONAIS

WALLINGFORD - Constance B. (Donais) L'Heureux, 89, beloved wife of the late Alonzo L'Heureux, of Colonial Lane, Wallingford, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005, at the MidState Medical Center in Meriden.Born in Woonsocket, RI, Nov. 15, 1915, a daughter of the late Herve and Alma (Boucher) Donais, she had been a Wallingford resident for many years. She had been employed by the former Edward Malley Company in New Haven for many years until her retirement and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Yalesville and a member of the Ladies Guild of the parish.She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Doris E. and Lionel Martin of Greenfield, Mass.; her son and daughter-in-law, Raymond H. and Diane S. L'Heureux of Meriden; six grandchildren, James Martin, Kenneth Martin, Thomas Martin, Joseph R. L'Heureux, Martha A. Ceplenski and Judith D. Clayton; three great-grandchildren, Grant Martin, Evan Ceplenski and Eve Ceplenski; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Mary Martin-Crum; a sister, Doria (Donais) Martel; and a brother, Alfred Donais.Her family will receive relatives and friends in The Yalesville Funeral Home, 386 Main St., Yalesville section of Wallingford, Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. when the funeral cortege will proceed to Our Lady of Fatima Church where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will be Monday at 1 p.m. in Precious Blood Cemetery in Woonsocket, RI.
