Henry W. DORE

LUDLOW - Henry W. Dore, 91, of Ray St., died Wednesday March 30 in Mercy Medical Center Springfield. Born March 26, 1914 in New Bedford, MA, he was the son of the late Henry & Viola (Plumer) Dore. Henry was proud to serve his country as a member of the National Guard, and was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church. He worked for Ludlow Company for many years as a technical engineer retiring in 1976. Henry was predeceased by a son Kevin Dore, and his first wife Mary (Stabach) Dore. He is survived by his wife, Wanda A. (Czupryna) Dore; a son, Paul Dore and his wife Mary of Marion, VA; his daughters, Linda Hughes and her husband Russell of Springfield, Cynthia Musa and her husband Joe of Green Cove Springs, FL, Judy Borrero and her husband Ruben of Springfield, and Kathleen Nichols and her husband Daniel of Ludlow. Sister of Mae Hicks of Ludlow and Katherine Placido of Framingham, MA Grandfather of 13, great-grandfather of 11. Private funeral services Saturday with burial in St. Aloysius Cemetery.
