Laurie Louise Gaspard Sykes, on Wednesday, August 24, 2005, at 3:00 P.M. Wife of the late Henry Andrew Sykes, Jr. Daughter of the late Louise Savage Gaspard and Louis Gaspard. Mother of Henry A. (Harry) Sykes, III, Robert John Sykes, Sr. and William Andrew (Bill) Sykes. Mother-in-law of Margaret Deubler Sykes, Belinda Lombardo Sykes and Anne Eriksen. Sister of the late Oneida Luckow, John Louis Gaspard and Dorothy DiMaggio. Grandmother of Lisa Sykes Thibodeaux MD, Darryl Andrew Sykes, Angela Maria Sykes, Sophia Reed Sykes, Robert John Sykes and Oliver John Sykes. Also survived by a great-granddaughter, Kaitlyn Angelica Thibodeaux and a great- grandson, Tyler Joseph Thibodeaux. Age 84. A native and lifelong resident of New Orleans. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral. A Memorial Funeral Mass will be celebrated in the chapel of LAMANA PANNO FALLO FUNERAL HOME, 1717 Veterans Memorial Blvd. on Wednesday, November 16, 2005, at 10:00 A.M.
