Theresa M. GELINEAU

WESTFIELD - Theresa M. (Gelineau) Metivier, 75 formerly of West Springfield died Monday in Mercy Hospital. Theresa was born in Springfield and had lived in West Springfield most of her life until recently when she moved in with her daughter in Westfield. She worked at the Former Diamond Match Company, Dunkin Donuts and retired from Food mart in 1992. She was active at the West Springfield Senior Center. Her husband Robert Metivier died in 2003. She leaves two sons Richard and his wife Cindy of Highland Village, Texas, Edward and his wife Martha of West Springfield; two daughters Joy DelBuono and her husband Nicholas of Westfield, Lynn Netta and her husband Michael of Granby; a sister Gertrude Gibbs of Springfield, and seven grandchildren Renee, Megan, Danielle, and Autumn Metivier, Christin and Eric DelBuono and Rachel Netta. The funeral will be held at the West Springfield Curran-Jones Funeral Home Thursday at 9 with Liturgy in Immaculate Conception Church at 10 a.m. followed by burial in St. Thomas Cemetery.
