Louis Hebert was an ordained minister of Jehovah's Witnesses. He reflected his love for Jehovah and His Son, Christ Jesus, by reflecting godly qualities. He had unselfish love for others, regardless of race, nationality or religion, and was always ready to give of himself to help anyone. He was especially kind and generous. He loved his family, and deeply loved his dear wife, Elaine. Louis was the overseer of the electrical department on a volunteer construction organization, where he worked tirelessly to build places of worship throughout south Louisiana. He made himself a true friend to literally hundreds of people wherever he went. A true friend like Louis Hebert is hard to find, impossible to replace. He rests in God's memory and in ours, never to be forgotten. Baker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Published in The Advocate on 12/9/2005.
