Doris Lydia HEROUX

Doris Lydia (Heroux) Donais of Rehoboth died Tuesday at her home. She was 90. Mrs. Donais was born, raised and educated in Attleboro. She had lived in Rehoboth for 47 years. She was employed as a kitchen worker at numerous nursing homes in greater Attleboro, retiring from LaSalette Shrine in Attleboro. Mrs. Donais was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church in Attleboro. Her greatest pride came from spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be remembered as an independent woman. She enjoyed gardening, playing Scrabble and cards. Wife of the late Josephat Raphael, Mrs. Donais is survived by a daughter, Yvonne D. Bonner of Dixon, N.M.; a daughter-in-law, Suzanne E. (Paquette) Donais, of North Attleboro; 12 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be private.
