Beverlee S. JACKSON

EAST OTIS - Beverlee S. Angers, 81 died Monday at her home, 408 Pine Rd. in East Otis. Born on August 23, 1923 in Elmira, NY the daughter of Andrew Jackson and Ines Brown Stanton. She moved to Springfield, MA as a child graduating from Springfield Techncial High School in 1941 and A.I.C. in Springfield in 1945 with a Teaching Degree. In 1944 Mrs. Angers married Henry E. Angers Jr. with whom she celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in 2004. He husband died on March 21, 2005. In 1980 she and her husband moved to their Lake House on Otis Resevoir in East Otis. She enjoyed painting, reading, gardening and helping other people. Mrs. Angers is survived by 3 sons, Christopher Angers of Taunton, MA, David J. Angers of East Otis, MA, & Jeffrey G. Angers of Haverhill, MA. Also 1 daughter Marilee Higgins of Otis, MA. 1 brother Robert Stanton of Connecticut. 12 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends wishing can make donations to Hospice Care in the Berkshires in C/O of the Kelly Funeral Home, 3 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238.
