David C. JACQUES

JACQUES, DAVID C., 54, of Tower Hill Rd., died Wednesday at South County Hospital. He was the husband of Patricia M. (Hassell) Jacques. Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Henry E., Jr. and Mildred (Cole) Jacques. He was a US Marine veteran serving during Vietnam. Mr. Jacques was a heavy equipment mechanic and transportation operator for the Naval Construction Battalion Center at Davisville before retiring due to illness.Besides his wife he leaves a son, Shaun D. Jacques of Exeter; and three grandchildren. He was the brother of the late Richard H. Jacques.The Funeral will be Saturday at 8:00 a.m. from the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00 a.m. in St. Bernard Church, 415 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown.
