Rita R. LACOMBE

BARRE— Rita R. (LaCombe) Stevens, 79, formerly of 90 School St., Barre died Tuesday in Quaboag on the Common in West Brookfield. Her husband Paul F. Stevens died in 1996. She leave two Sons Robert A. of Wheelwright & Alan W. of Palmer. One daughter Linda S. Bowdring of Barre. One brother Robert LaCombe of Hardwick. Seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter & two nieces. Rita was predeceased by one daughter Lorraine M. Stevens in 1997. She was born in Ware the daughter of Alfred & Elsie (Charron) LaCombe and attended schools in Gilbertville. Rita worked for 30 years at the Barre Wool, Combing Co. before she retired. She was a member of St. Thomas a Becket Church. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2005 from 9:00AM-11:00AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, Inc., 96 S. Barre Rd., Barre.
