Doris J. LASONDE

SPRINGFIELD - Doris J. (Lasonde) Douillard, 81, of Springfield, passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2005 at home. She was born in Holyoke on August 30, 1923, a daughter of the late Henry and Rachel (Roy) Lasonde. She was raised in Holyoke and was a graduate of Holyoke High School. Doris was a 53 year resident of Springfield, and was a communicant of St. Catherine of Siena Church. Doris was predeceased by her husband, Lionel G. Douillard, and by her daughter, Louise Douillard. Doris leaves her sons, David G. Douillard of Palmer, and Bob Douillard of Cocoa Beach, FL; and her four grandchildren. Funeral services for Doris were Friday morning in St. Catherine of Siena Church, Springfield. Burial was in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Life Care, 28 Appleton Street Holyoke, MA 01040. Arrangements were entrusted to the Sampson Family Chapels in Springfield.
