Juliette V. Ilewicz -- December 2, 1918 - May 1, 2005 -- PLAINFIELD - Juliette V. Ilewicz, 86, of 889 Erin Drive died Sunday evening at William W. Backus Hospital, Norwich.She was born December 2, 1918 in Plainfield, daughter of the late Charles and Eva (Baril) Lavallee Sr. and had been a lifelong resident of the community.On May 1, 1954 she was married to Edward Ilewicz who died October 26, 1999.Mrs. Ilewicz was a homemaker and a loving mother and grandmother. She attended St. John the Apostle Church.She leaves two sons and daughters - inlaw, Edward L. and Paula Ilewicz of Sterling; Albert and Roberta Mott of Shaftsbury, VT; three grandchildren, Kristie and Ashlee Ilewicz, Diane Sharp and many nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by a son Theodore Mott; four brothers, Rodolphe (Rudy) Lavallee, Clovis (Joe) Lavallee, Charles Lavallee and Azellus (Pete) Lavallee.The funeral will be held Friday at 10:00 a.m. from Dougherty Bros. Funeral Home, 595 Norwich Rd., Plainfield. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery. Visiting hours are Thursday 47 p.m.
