DIXON, Howard Neil, Peacefully on Wednesday, February 4, 2004 at the St. Catharines General Hospital. 78 years of age. Loving husband of Frances for over 56 years. Beloved father of Neil and Paul. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Bradley , and Scott & Katie and by their mom Barbara. Howard retired from Canada Hair Cloth having been there 35 years. An avid sportsman, he served in many community and service organizations. A private family memorial service will be held. The family invit e friends to join with them at The St. Catharines Club, 77 Ontario St., for a reception Friday at 12 noon.
