MORENCY, MRS. CLEO CATHERINE -- Muskegon, MI -- Mrs. Cleo C. Morency, age 81, died Saturday July 9, 2005. She was born on December 15, 1923 in Irene, S.D. to Chris and Catherine (Christiansen) Trenker and married Raymond E. Morency, Jr. on March 6, 1944 in Shreveport, LA. She had been a music teacher at Muskegon Public Schools for 33 years. A communicant of St. Francis de Sales Church, she also was a member of the Muskegon Retired Teacher's Association, the Alpha Chi Delta, the MUPHI Epsilon Chapter, the Muskegon Yacht Club - the Yacht's Women, and she was an Elkette for the Elks Lodge # 274. SURVIVORS Husband, Raymond E. Morency Jr.; 1 son, Chris A. Morency of Muskegon; 3 daughters, Kathryn J. Schrader of Muskegon, Michelle R. (Bruce) Bushing of Seaside, OR., Theresa A. (Rex) Antinozzi of Traverse City; 9 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren; 2 sisters, Elaine Erickson of Irene, S.D., JoAnne Plourde of Orlando, FL. Cleo was preceded in death by a son, Raymond E. 'Trip' Morency III and a brother, Charles Trenker. SERVICE Wednesday, July 13, 2005, 11:00 A.M. at St. Francis de Sales Church with Rev. Fr. Tom Simons officiating. Interment at Lakeside Cemetery, Muskegon. VISITATION Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. at the Clock Funeral Home.
