LOW, Alexander “Sandy“ - Passed away at his residence on Thursday, February 12, 2009. Beloved husband of Margaret. Loving father of John and his wife Ann and their daughter Ronda and her children. Lovingly remembered by his sister, brothers, nieces and nephews and will be greatly missed by all. In keeping with Sandy's wishes, there will not be any visitation or funeral service.
