Daughter of Earl William Beattie of Capreol and the late Jeanette May Basso. Loving mother of Giselle Few (Greg) of Sarnia, Greg Houle (Charlene) of North Bay. Step mother of Paul Perkins of Toronto, Mark Perkins (Leslie) of Penticton, B.C. Cherished grandmother of Chandler, Linden, and Adin Houle, Michael, and Marlena Few. Dear sister of Pamela Hollingsworth (Brian) of Valley East, Dave Beattie (Kasie) of Toronto, Don Beattie (Lisa) of Barrie, Andrew Beattie (Mila) of Valley East, and Brian Beattie (Bonnie) of Chelmsford and predeceased by a brother Doug. Also loved by several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Lannin Funeral Home, Smiths Falls on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, February 9, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow.
