Father of Laura Newman (Tim Prewer), Plainfield; Jack (Irene), Thomasburg; Bill (Cindy), Stoco; and Gordon (Candy), Madoc. Loved by his 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Brother of Vera (Bill) Saunders, Borden SK; Vina MacLeod, Lethbridge AB; Velma Heath, Vilna AB and the late Darrel, Jack & Manley. The family will receive friends at the McConnell Funeral Home, Tweed from 2-4 & 7-9 Sunday. Funeral Service in the Tweed Chapel Monday February 9, 2009 at 11:00 am.
