Gladys Lenora DONALDSON

ZIMMER, Gladys Lenora (nee Donaldson) Born November 2, 1921 in Dundee, Scotland Peacefully at home on January 27th. Wife of the late Cosmos (Carl) Zimmer, devoted and beloved mother of Bruce (Australia), Michael (Brenda) (Victoria), Allan (Michele) (Winnipeg) and Marilyn, Kathryn, Jane and Don (Kitty) of Ottawa; grandmother of 10 and great-grandmother of Aiden; dear sister of Marion (London), Evelyn (Thamseville), Bill (Betty) Sarnia, and Allan (Elizabeth) of Ottawa; and aunt to many loving nieces and nephews. A generous, kind and compassionate woman, Gladys will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Heartfelt thanks to an excellent palliative team. Friends are invited to meet with family between 2 - 5 p.m. on Friday, February 13th, Suite 115, 100 Grant Carman Dr. (Ring 147). This will be followed by a Celebration of Gladys' life at 7:00 p.m. for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kai Fund (225-8763).
