Mary Lillian MCDONALD

PAYNE, Mary Lillian October 2, 1920 - February 5, 2009 Mary Lillian (Tooser) Payne nee McDonald passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2009, in the presence of her loving family. Thank you to the staff and residence of Royal Park Care Centre. Tooser was a granddaughter of Calgary pioneer John W. Costello and was a gentle woman of deep faith. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Harmon "Ray" Payne. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Molly Jo (Austin) Moran, and Kitty (Art) Raffa of Calgary and Jim Payne (Sam Storey) of Los Angeles, her grandchildren, Kerry (Andrew) Hunter, Dan Moran (Maneli Pirzadeh), Colleen (Kevin) Schmalz, Jenny (Tony) Pasquini, Steve (Tammy) Raffa, and Paul (Sandi) Raffa, and her great-grandchildren, Lauren, Elli, Sarah Hunter, Eden, Keil, Reid Schmalz, Francesca Pasquini, Jacob and Evelyn Raffa, and her brother Fr. Dennis McDonald of St. Mary's Catholic Cathedral Calgary, Alberta. The family invites you to celebrate her life with them with prayers at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cathedral (219 - 18 Avenue S.W.), Calgary, Alberta on Monday February 9, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary's Catholic Church Cathedral on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Interment St. Mary's Cemetery, Calgary, Alberta.
