CHOI, Heaza - Sandy September 11, 1948 - February 13 2009 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Heaza Sandy Choi on February 13, 2009 at the age of 60 years, in Calgary, AB. Sandy was born in Myeongdong, Seoul, South Korea. A Calgarian since 1968, Sandy was an early member of our Korean community, establishing many cultural and social groups. Over the past several years, Sandy helped many start their day with a smile while serving their morning coffee. Sandy is survived by her loving husband Paul (Byungki), children Suzanne, Elisa and Michael and their partners, Jeremy, Jason and Inyoung, granddaughter Kiana. In the Jung Family, three brothers, two sisters and their spouses; several nieces and nephews. In the Choi Family, she also leaves behind a sister and brother-in-law and their two daughters whom she was very close to. We will miss her laughter.
