Lieselotte SCHWENKREIS

SCHWENKREIS, Lieselotte April 21, 1927 - February 12, 2009 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lieselotte Schwenkreis on Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the Cedar Villa care home surrounded by her niece Ruth Kiessner and her best friend Trudy Sherman. Lisa and her husband Hans came from Germany to Canada in 1955. They spent a short time in Ontario before coming to Calgary. Lisa's greatest joy was her grandchildren Nicole and Alicia. She loved listening to their piano recitals. Lisa will be sadly missed by her husband Hans Schwenkreis, her son and daughter-in-law Brian and Hue and by her two granddaughters Nicole and Alicia. Lisa is also survived by her sister in Augsburg Germany, Ruth Marquart. Thank you to everyone at the Cedar Villa care home that took such excellent care of mom and special thanks to mom's niece Ruth Kiessner, her husband Gerhardt and mom's best friend Trudy Sherman.
