Beloved daughter of Nellie Baldwin and the late Delbert Baldwin. Cherished wife of the late Walter Ruttan. Loving mother to April Ruttan of Belleville and Gordon (Jennifer) Ruttan of Thomasburg. Caring sister to Cosette (Bill) Donaldson of Belleville and Diane File (George Hailey) of Rossmore. Proud grandmother of Tyler and Zachery. Predeceased by her sister Connie Rosenploth.
