GRAHAM, Susan Lynn (née Charboneau) - Peacefully passed away in Sudbury, Thursday, February 19, 2009 at the age of 49 years. Beloved daughter of Madeline Gagnon of Sudbury. Loving mother of Sarah Graham (Andrzej Krawczyk) of Brampton, Ashley Graham of Toronto and Brittany Burch of Sudbury. Dear sister of James “Jim“ Charboneau (Norma) of Toronto. Predeceased by her brother Randy Charboneau. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her granddaughters Grace Van Loenen and Gabriella Krawczyk. The focus of her life was her loving family and friends who will miss her dearly. Susan was very fond of pets and will be missed by her feline friends Izzy and Mudder Cat. The family will receive relatives and friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd. E. (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Saturday from 2-5 and 7-9:00 p.m. and Sunday after 10:00 a.m. A funeral service will be held Sunday, February 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury. 11421720
