CHERNISHENKO, Micheline “Mickey“, (nee: Giroux) - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Micheline at the St. Catharines General Hospital, in her 74th year. Loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and aunt. She leaves behind her beloved sons Michael (Marianne) and Jim (Ellen). Grandmaman to Michael, Matthew and Natasha Chernishenko. Dear daughter of Marie Giroux, and sister to Huguette Chmay and Claudette James (Jesse). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Conrad Giroux (1983). Micheline was born in Rouyn, Quebec. She was much loved and will be greatly missed. At Micheline's request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life to be held Friday February 20, 2009 at 10 a.m. at St. Dennis Church. 11417397
