WEICKER, Maurice J. "Moe", Passed away in his 88th year at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Sunday, May 2, 2004. Beloved husband of the late June Weicker (1995).Loving father of Maureen and husband Nick Groen of Hamilton, Connie and husband D avid Cosgrove of Barry's Bay, Yvette and husband John Sneath of St. Catharines, Bonita Read also of St. Catharines and Eleanor Weicker of Stoney Creek. He will be missed by his fifteen grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Survived by brother Constant Weicker of Toronto and sister Marie Price of Windsor. Predeceased by his brother Albert Weicker of St. Catharines. Maurice was a member of Branch 24, Royal Canadian Legion and the St. Catharines Curling Club. He retired after 35 years of ser vice with Metropolitan Life Insurance. Friends will be received at the PATRICK J. DARTE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 39 Court Street (at King) on Tuesday evening from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from the Patrick Da rte Chapel.
