Michael Nicholas BOBROWSKI

BOBROWSKI, Michael Nicholas “Bubba” 2009-02-26 Mr. Michael Nicholas “Bubba” Bobrowski, age 42 years, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday, February 23, 2009. Born in Fort William in 1966, he grew up in the city and had attended Selkirk High School. Michael had worked as a seaman for a few years and later as a truck driver and cab driver. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to hunt and fish. His faithful companion “Banshee” always at his side. Michael cared deeply for his family, and was a loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Michael will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his mother, Luba; his siblings: Antonia, Mary (Bob), Linda (David), Gregory, Vera (Larry), Walter, Sonya (Chris), Theodore (Denise), Gloria (Salem), Yvonne (Bill), Valentina (Wayne), Valorie (David), and Peter (Shawn). Numerous nieces; nephews; and other relatives also survive. Michael was predeceased by his father, John; a brother in infancy- Christopher Paul; his brother-in-law John Vogt; and his grandparents. Funeral Services for the late Michael Bobrowski will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 27th, 2009 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street, officiated by Rev. Lloyd Ivany. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the time of Service.
