Dolly Elizabeth LAING

NICHOLLS, Dolly Elizabeth - At St. Catharines General Hospital on Sunday, February 22, 2009 in her 94th year. Predeceased by husbands Harlem Mansfield (1973) and Joseph Nicholls (1993), by parents David and Ellen Laing. Loving mother of Bob and Judy Mansfield, Allan and the late Stephanie Mansfield, dear grandmother of Amanda and the late Phillip, step-mother of Dorothy Dorge, Elva and Ron Speight, sister of Muriel Cooney, predeceased by her brothers Wesley and Gordon Laing, her sisters Elva Laing, Mary Marr and Julia Nicholls. Sister-in-law of Emily Laing. Mrs. Nicholls was a member of the Cornerstone Community Church. The family will receive friends at the HAMMOND FUNERAL HOME AND CHAPEL, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Cornerstone Community Church, 1570 Niagara Stone Road (HWY 55), Virgil on Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens.
