Mary Margaret HICKEY

CARROLL, Mary Margaret (nee Hickey) Formerly of Freshwater, Placentia Bay, Newfoundland. Peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in the presence of her loving family. To continue in her "footprints in the sand", she leaves behind her loving husband Lawrence of 45 years; her children Larry (Sophie), Lisa (Jeremy) and Steven (Melanie); grandchildren Joshua, Liam, Jacob, Jonah and Zachary; 4 brothers and 4 sisters. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair and McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa, on Thursday, February 26th from 7-9 pm. A Mass to celebrate Mary's life will be held at Blessed Sacrament Roman Catholic Church, 194 Fourth Avenue (at Percy) Ottawa, on Friday, February 27 at 11 am. Memorial donations to Ottawa Branch of At-Home Hospice ( www.athomehospice.com ), We Care Home Health Services ( www.wecare.ca ) or Carefor Health & Community Services ( www.carefor.ca ) to assist in their dedicated work.
