Walter James MACDONALD

MACDONALD, Walter James 1935-2009 Son of the late James Macdonald and Emma Briere. After a long & valiant struggle with Parkinson's disease, Walter has joined his beloved wife, the late Doreen Patricia Leggett on February 25, 2009. Walter leaves to mourn his loving children Thomas (Laurie), Brenda (Greg), James (Don) and Robert (Loriann) as well as his adoring grandchildren Adam, Shayne, Lauren, Nicholas, Michael, Ryan & Rachel. Dear brother to Anita (Gerald) and Lorraine (Harold). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. A special thank-you to the 2nd floor staff at the Maison Herron for their compassion and excellent care. Visitation at J.F. Wilson Funeral Home, 5784 Verdun Avenue, on Sunday, March 8 from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral on Monday, March 9 at 11 at St. Veronica's, 1300 Carson, Dorval.
