Joseph GRACE

GRACE, Joseph (Pat), Peacefully at Hotel Dieu Hospital on June 14, 2004, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of 50 years to the late June. Dear father of John (Jill), Chris (Lyn), Grandsha to Matt (Tasha), Joanna (David) and Sean. Sadly missed by fami ly and friends in South Wales. Cremation to take place, followed by a private family memorial service.
