McCOURT, Florence Amelia - Peacefully at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Monday, February 23, 2009. Florence, formerly of Campbellford. Born in Bloody Point, New Perlican, Trinity Bay, Newfoundland on October 12, 1917. Leaving to mourn are her children, Frances McMillen (Graham), Carol McCourt (Don) of Peterborough, Helen Strano (John) of Ennismore, Gordon McCourt (Suzanne) of Stirling and Murray McCourt of Airdrie, Alberta. Florence also leaves 8 grand children and 9 great-grand children and a nephew, David White (Brenda) and their family of Portugal Cove Nfld. A private family service was held at the NISBETT FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 600 MONAGHAN ROAD S., PETERBOROUGH (705) 745-3211.
