COLLINS, John “Ian“ - Suddenly at home on Wednesday, March 4, 2009, at the age of 70. Beloved husband of the late Carol Collins (nee Bertrand). Proud father of son Graham and his wife Kristen, and daughter Lesley and fiancée Paul Hickey. Survived by his brother Stuart and his wife Ellen and several nieces in Scotland. Predeceased by his parents John and Anne and sister Beatrice. Fondly remembered by family in B.C., MD, PA and VT. Ian has touched the lives of countless friends where ever he went. His spirit will live on through his children and generations to come. Family and friends will be received at JAMES REID FUNERAL HOME (1900 John Counter Blvd.) on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at 3pm. Cremation to follow.
