Clair ALGIRE

ALGIRE, Clair (R.C.A.F. - W.W.II) In keeping with his wishes, quietly at home by the wood fire on Saturday, February 28, 2009, Clair Algire of Williamsburg, age 88. Loving husband of Ruth Kennedy for almost 65 years. Loving father of Dr. Jim (Jane) Algire of Kanata and Ann (Bob) Chick of Maitland. Beloved grandfather of 9 and proud great-grandfather of 9. Predeceased by his brothers Grant and Ethan and sisters Maxine Bell and Ellen Garlough. Clair will also be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends throughout the area. Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Williamsburg United Church on Wednesday, March 4th at 11 a.m. Interment New Union Cemetery, Williamsburg.
